Tiko - The Working Video 1

Battery Controlled Tiko Bot

This lesson introduces the concept of controlling Tiko Bot’s tail movement using a direct battery connection. It demonstrates how a simple power source can activate a motor to create movement in a robot.

In this activity, the Tiko Bot’s tail is connected to a motor powered directly by a battery. When the battery is connected, the motor rotates and Tiko’s tail starts moving, showing how a basic electrical connection can control robot movement.

What You Will Learn

Through this activity, you will explore:

  • Basic understanding of battery-powered circuits

  • How a motor creates tail movement in a robot

  • How simple components can control robot actions
