• Orders are typically processed within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• In case of out-of-stock items or internal operational issues, order processing may extend up to 10 working days.

• Customers will be informed if there is a significant delay in processing.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Once the order is shipped, delivery timelines are governed by the delivery partner.

• Funobotz is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery issues caused by the courier or logistics provider.

• Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.

3. Shipping Confirmation

• Shipping details, including tracking information (where available), will be shared once the order is dispatched.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Funobotz is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

• Any re-shipping costs arising from failed delivery attempts will be borne by the customer.
